Terms of Service
These terms apply to the website services provided by Nizmax Quality Solutions ("we", "us") in Malaysia. By subscribing, you agree to them.
The service
The subscription is a website plan for your business. It includes hosting on your own shopname.aiw3b.com subdomain, plus upkeep and small updates. The scope of the site is agreed with you before the work starts.
Price and billing
- The price is RM50 per month for each site. That price includes hosting on your own shopname.aiw3b.com subdomain, plus upkeep and small updates.
- Billing is handled by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can view invoices and update your payment details through the Manage billing link.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime through the Manage billing link or by contacting us. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use the text, photos, logos and other material you give us for your site, and you remain responsible for it. You can ask us to update or remove your content at any time.
Acceptable use
Your site may not be used for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful. We may suspend a site that breaks this rule.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change affects your subscription, we will tell you before it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
